Feedback

What clients said, in their words rather than ours.

Every quote below is verbatim. Sentences are trimmed, nothing is reworded, and clients choose whether their feedback is published at all. Names are withheld and each is described by sector instead, because most of this work sits under an agreement that does not allow naming the site.

Method

What we edit, and what we will not.

Testimonials are the easiest thing on any agency site to invent, so here is exactly how these were handled.

Trimmed, never reworded

Each quote is cut to its strongest sentences. Every word that remains is the client's own, in their order. The full versions are kept on file. There has been exactly one edit beyond trimming anywhere on this page: an opening "He" changed to "Alin" at a client's own instruction, because lifted out of the full message the pronoun had no antecedent left.

Publishing is the client's call

The feedback form asks whether it can be published and defaults to no. Criticism is explicitly invited there, and private feedback stays private. That means this page is not a complete record of what everyone has said, only of what we were given permission to show.

Anonymised by sector

Most of this work sits under agreements that do not permit naming the client or the domain, which is also why the case studies on the work page describe sites rather than name them. A sector and a location is as specific as it gets.

No review schema, on purpose

There is no Review or AggregateRating markup on this page. Self serving review markup on your own organisation is the sort of thing Google actually enforces against, and removing exactly that markup is how we closed a Search Console issue on a client site. Adding it here to win a star in the results would contradict both.

All 3 carry a five star rating, which is worth reading with the caveat above: this shows the feedback we were allowed to publish, not a sample of everything received.

Worked together?

Tell us how it actually went.

Criticism is genuinely more useful than praise, and nothing is published unless you tick the box saying it can be. The form is kept out of the menu and out of the index because an open feedback form collects spam rather than feedback, but if you are a client, here it is.
